Fletcher Village Bakery
Fletcher Village Bakery is a bakery and cafe in the St. Johns plaza off Hendersonville Road in Fletcher. It is the second location of The Village Bakeries, which opened its first bakery in Flat Rock in 2001, according to its website. The menu includes pastries, coffee and espresso, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, sandwiches, soups and salads. The site says the Fletcher cafe has a seating area for working or lunch and is open seven days a week. Wood-fired pizza is served only at the Flat Rock location. This location is also the base for the bakery's specialty cakes and desserts, which can be ordered for events. The bakeries say they use local and organic ingredients where they can.
