Naturalist Niche: Forest Bathing at Chimney Rock

Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park offers a Naturalist Niche mindfulness hike on Saturday, November 14, from 9 to 11 a.m. The Park describes forest bathing as a practice of immersing yourself in the beauty and serenity of nature, a gentle, sensory experience meant for slowing down before the holiday season.

The Park lists the cost as including Park admission: $25 for adults and $15 for youth ages 5-15, with annual passholder rates of $11 for adults and $9 for youth.

Details and tickets are on the official Chimney Rock event page.
