The Music of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" (URSA Asheville)

URSA Asheville presents The Music of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" with Dr. Bill Bares and the Constellations Orchestra on Wednesday, December 23, 2026, at 3 pm and 7 pm at the Diana Wortham Theatre. It is a concert celebrating the melodies of Vince Guaraldi, who is not performing.

The program has two sets: the first recreates the sound of the original A Charlie Brown Christmas album, and the second offers Bares's fresh arrangements of the same music. Tickets are $35 to $65, or $20 for students and children 12 and under, before taxes and fees. The listing says proceeds support URSA Asheville, a nonprofit supporting music performances in post-Helene Asheville.

See the Wortham event page for tickets.
