12 Bones Smokehouse
12 Bones Smokehouse and Brewing is a barbecue restaurant and brewery on Hendersonville Road in Arden, just south of downtown Asheville. According to its website, 12 Bones Smokehouse South moved here in spring 2019 and added 12 Bones Brewing in the same large industrial building. The kitchen makes its food from scratch and smokes meats over hardwoods such as oak and cherry. The taproom lists sixteen rotating taps, including ales, lagers, seasonals and collaborations.
