Biltmore Estate Ticket Office

Biltmore calls this building its Reception and Ticketing Sales Center, and it sits on Approach Road in Biltmore Forest. It is the estate's in-person ticketing stop for visitors headed to Biltmore House, the gardens, Antler Hill Village and the winery. According to Biltmore's website, Annual Passes can be bought or renewed in person here, and passholders can get a lost photo ID card reprinted at the center. Some partner discount tickets are picked up at its Will Call window on the day of the visit. The estate's Biltmore Connect shuttle service runs between the center, Biltmore House, and Antler Hill Village and Winery. Biltmore's site notes that estate roads have no sidewalks and that walking between areas of the estate is not recommended, and it suggests guests arrive in their own vehicle.
