Homewood

Homewood is a wedding and event venue in a restored 1920s English stone manor on Zillicoa Street in Asheville's historic Montford district. Its website says it has hosted events since 2001 and that the house was built in 1927 as a doctor's private home. Ceremonies can be held outdoors in the adjacent garden or indoors in the Great Room, in front of a large Appalachian stone fireplace. According to the FAQ, the Great Room seats just over 110 for dinner, and a cocktail-style event can hold about 150 people inside. The venue offers customizable and all-inclusive packages, and its FAQ lists ceremony-only events and photo shoots too. Couples choose from an approved caterer list, and tours can be scheduled through the site.
