Pawsitivity Pet Spa

Pawsitivity Pet Spa is a dog grooming salon and spa on Patton Avenue in West Asheville. Its website describes it as a one-on-one holistic grooming space that focuses on keeping dogs calm and comfortable, from new puppies to sensitive seniors and nervous dogs. Grooming services are built around baths and haircuts. A bath includes shampooing twice, nail trim and file, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and a hand blow-dry and brush-out. Full haircuts and stand-alone nail trims are also listed. The site says its staff receive training in gentle handling techniques. Pawsitivity also offers spa programs for particular needs, such as a puppy program, a sensitive senior program, Touchy Toes for nail anxiety, and desensitization and rehabilitation sessions. You can book through the website.
