Hotel Transylvania Halloween Party in Waynesville

Waynesville Parks & Recreation is calling this its biggest Halloween event yet: a Hotel Transylvania-themed party in the Waynesville Recreation Center parking lot on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m.

The town's announcement says everything is free and no registration is needed. Expect hayrides, face painting, carnival games, bounce houses and inflatables, a Halloween egg hunt, a costume contest, and snow cones, cotton candy and popcorn. It lists all ages as welcome, and families are encouraged to come in costume.

More details are in the Town of Waynesville announcement.
