Kooky Spooky Toddler Fun

Kooky Spooky Toddler Fun turns the Stephens-Lee Center gym into a festive, playful trick-or-treat experience for the youngest Halloween fans, starting with a costume parade. It runs Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon at 30 George Washington Carver Blvd.

The city lists it at $5 for ages 2 to 5 with an adult. It's part of Asheville Parks & Recreation's Festival of Frights series. The city notes that many of its programs require advance registration, so check its page before you go.

Details are on the City of Asheville's Festival of Frights page.
