Measurement Rules! (exhibit)

The Asheville Museum of Science presents Measurement Rules!, an interactive exhibit developed by Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. It is on view from September 23, 2026 into January 2027 (the listing runs through January 11).

Visitors compare and classify different ways to measure with hands-on stations. The museum lists activities such as stepping on the Chicken Scale to see how many chickens you weigh, measuring balls with rulers, calipers and gauges, and building animals at the Block Table to work out their volume.

General admission is $11.50 per person for ages 3 and up, and free for ages 2 and under and for members. The museum is at 43 Patton Ave. See the official exhibit page for details and the visit page for current hours.
