Manual Cinema: The 4th Witch

Manual Cinema, a performance company the Wortham Center says was founded in Chicago in 2010, brings The 4th Witch to the Diana Wortham Theatre at the Wortham Center on Friday and Saturday, April 2 and 3, 2027, at 7:30 PM.

Drawn from Shakespeare's Macbeth, the story follows a girl orphaned by war who becomes apprenticed to the three witches and must choose between reconciliation and revenge as she learns her family's fate. The company tells it with shadow puppetry, actors in silhouette, vintage projectors, live cameras and live music. The Wortham Center recommends it for ages 12 and up and notes loud sounds and flashing lights.

Reserved seats are $55 before taxes and fees, per the Wortham Center event page.
