Asheville Marathon and Half 2027

The Asheville Marathon and Half runs Saturday, March 20, 2027, with a 7:30 AM start at Pack Square Park downtown. Runners pick the full 26.2 or the 13.1, and the organizers describe both courses as touring downtown, the city's greenways and the River Arts District.

Per the organizers, entry includes a pre-race expo, a race shirt, a finisher medal, chip timing and a shuttle from the finish back to the start area. Course details note the permit is still pending and the route may change, and the organizers plan live music at the finish.
