Wicked Spooky 5K & Creepy Crawly Climb

The Wicked Spooky 5K, from Kick It Events, starts and finishes at Wicked Weed's Funkatorium on Coxe Avenue on Halloween morning, Saturday, October 31, 2026. New this year, kids go first in the Creepy Crawly Climb, a quarter-mile hill climb at 8:45 a.m. (parents can run along), and the 5K starts at 9 a.m.

Costumes are encouraged, with prizes for the most creative, terrifying or quirky. The race page says 5K registration includes a finisher medal, a long-sleeve race shirt, chip timing, a donation to MountainTrue and a Wicked Weed beer for runners 21 and up (or a non-alcoholic drink). Race-day packet pickup is 8 to 8:50 a.m. at the Funkatorium, and early pickup is Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. It lists strollers as welcome.

Registration is through Race Roster: the last-call 5K rate is $60.83 through October 30, and the kids' climb is $12.69. Details are on the official race page.
