The Room Bands Want to Play
The Orange Peel, at 101 Biltmore Avenue, is Asheville's best-known live music venue, hosting national touring bands and comedy. Its Pulp room hosts smaller late-night shows, and the same team books Hellbender, a larger venue on Thompson Street in East Asheville.

The venue's own calendar lists announced shows well into 2027. This fall includes Bright Eyes (October 10), Allison Russell (October 15), Phillip Phillips (October 22), Wednesday (October 31), Stephen Lynch (November 11), Hiss Golden Messenger (November 19), and Thievery Corporation (December 13 and 14).
